Il Gigante is a fully-equipped Adventure Park, located in an Oak forest a few minutes from Firenze.
The Park features numerous passages suspended among the trees and plenty of green space, perfect to enjoy a fun day out in touch with nature.
What is an Adventure Park?
In an Adventure Park, various passages and equipment are constructed between trees, at various heights, to create fun aerial courses.
Pass through the trees in complete safety with ropes, Tibetan bridges, ziplines, nets and passages.
“Albering”: a new sport
This outdoor activity involves moving among the trees, balancing on trunks, sliding through the air suspended by a pulley, or feeling the thrill of leaping into the void – all in complete safety and while fully respecting the surrounding nature.
Safety at the Park
At the Adventure Park, visitors are guaranteed qualified, professional operators who will assist you along the whole course. A special harness connects you to a safety cable, so there’s no risk of falling. Visitors should wear comfortable clothes and sports shoes to have fun in complete safety.
Continuous lifeline provides 100% safety
A steel cable runs along all the courses, and guarantees total safety. Il Gigante is the first Adventure Park in Tuscany to install this innovative system.
Equipped with a harness and a specialised carabiner, you are connected at all times to the lifeline for the whole length of the course.

Bar Bagianni
Refreshments are available at Bar Bagianni, including sandwiches, panini, fruit juices and other healthy and nutritious snacks. We can offer a catering service for birthday parties or other celebrations.
At Il Gigante Adventure Park there are 15 large picnic tables available with space for up to 10 people at each one, perfect for visitors and suitable for parties too. It’s a free-to-use space in the middle of the park, in the shade and close to the bar.
The space can be used for eating, having a rest between activities or simply enjoying time in the fresh air!
Prices and Hours
Tickets are available from the ticket office.
Your ticket provides access to all the courses and guarantees two and a half hours of activity. For every additional hour (whole or partial) €5 will be added.

Il Gigante Adventure Park is on Via Bolognese at Villa Demidoff, before Pratolino (Vaglia). A beautiful spot between Firenze and the Mugello area.
Enter the park from the large parking area in front of Villa Demidoff.
